Hello Crafters,

I am happy we all are doing good. We are in August which is going to end soon. Hope everyone is safe and good.

We are having good rain here. The backside of our house is lush green. We are getting rain almost everyday now. So humid weather and lot of water.

Tutorial - Shaker Card

Hello Crafters,

I have done one card using shaker elements. It was in my list since long time. I bought shaker dies and elements long back and is pending with me. I had hell lot of stuff lying with me and i really want to use them. Many stamps are just unused and so as I move forward I am going to use them for sure.

Material Used: - 

1. Altenew Stamp - Way Too Sweet

2. Archival Ink - Sunflower, Cactus Flower, Garden Patina, Potting Soil

3. Versafine Ink - Onyx Black

4. Paper Twain

5. Distress Tool

6. Tacky Glue

7. Shaker Die cut

8. Dessert Mix - DMC

PENNY'S CHALLENGE #476

 Hello Ladies 

Hope you are doing wonderful and I am also doing good. Things are getting dragged due to COVID19 and in India it is increasing day by day. There is no time limit when will this be getting over and we are badly waiting for vaccine to come.

We are still at home, so my place was in green zone and now it has come under Red zone, so you can understand the situation.

Never expected to be so bad.

So, Here I have used Stamp from Tubby Craft -Floral Peony. I coloured my flower with zig marker. I have used pattern paper from Bob and Betty and other card stock. Bling and stencils used.

One Layer Card

Hello Crafters

How are you doing. I just felt like making one card for challenge. So This is One Layer card inspired by Hero Arts STAY CRAFTY WITH HERO CHALLENGE #11

What I did here

I masked all the four side of white card stock. I distressed with distress ink Picked Rasberry, Mustard Seed, Borken China, The Stamp I used is from Fiskars Petal from Scratch. This stamp set is brand new bought long time. So I just wanted to use this one.

Tutorial Embossing Card without Embossing

Hello,

So little surprise for you all. 

I have come up with something new on card.

The card made seems to be like embossing but actually it is not. 

This card is made using Gold Leaf and adhersive. Super Magical. You want to try hand on it just do try and do comment if you like my video.

The Card measures 5 1/4 by 5 7/8 . You can choose the size as per your requirment. I normally customize as per my requirement. The size of the stamp is pretty good so you can go for 6 x 6 that's not an issue.

Material used:

Card Stock Orange / Pink / Black

Gold Leaf

Mont Marte Leafing size 

Favicol to stick Iuse any adhersive you have)

Hi Girls how are you doing

Dear Ladies,,

How are you doing? I am just great and just waiting things to be normal. Lots of prizes to post internationally. Just waiting for Covid to be normal. 

During this time I have tried to keep my mojo up and worked on few things which will be revealed soon.

I am very much active but due to covid I am still staying at home and not going out unless it is very urgent.

This card is made using Dee's tutorial. She is fantastic artist. I has used beauty pattern paper i was holding since long time. Perfect to use it now. 

This is three fold card. You can use this base in diagonal or vertical. i prefer using vertical.

The Creative Crafter Challenge #28

Hi Friends,

Hope you are having great time in lockdown. I am just cooking, cleaning, washing and time is passing by. It is very hard to be positive all the time. But yes I am trying to keep myself highly motivated. 

I feel crafting needs peace of mind to bring in ideas. Well I am going for meditation this week. To get my mojo back. Without complete craft supply sometime it is very difficult to work. My Big Shot is almost died and just kept for some urgent cutting. The skin of the wheel is coming out so it is not pressing the sandwich properly.

Well, This months challenge is cool. Do just us here with The Creative Crafters with fantastic prizes and badge. Great platform to show your work.

I am submitting new card for challenge Freshly Made Sketched #434 - A Sketch by Linda

This is the sketch given by FMS

My card submitted. 

I have used pattern paper from Bob and Betty, Bling from Crafters Corner and Hello diecut sentiments from Hero Arts

I did used embossing power - Pearl green with versa mark champagne.

Also, I have used foam tape everywhere, on white card stock, on pattern paper and on sentiments, It gives beautiful dimention to the card.

I just love to use the sketch as it is. Made CAS card.

I havr used distress ink Peacock feather, and littel Lindy's Cattail Copper Brown Spray. Spray water with Mist spray.

The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn Scripty Saying and heat embossed with Embossing Powder White Super fine detail.

My card background is Blue.

Here is my card for Stay Crafty With Hero Challenge #6 - Out Of The Box  

In this card I have distressed the card stock with scissor. I spray Lindy's starbust Red hot Poker Orange and Autumn Maple Crimson and little Cattail, I distress all around with Archival ink Black Shoot and designed the surface with Archival ink Cactus flower and Watering Can. 

I used sentiments from Hero Art using Acrylic block. Used Tacky glue to stick to the base card.

Happy Birthday - CAS(E) this Sketch

Its Saturday and I cant believe how time flies. Lockdown is just great for me. Hope your families and friends are also doing well. Be Calm and Craft on.

I am submitting my card for CAS(E) this Sketch #370 . This is my first card in this form. I have never made such card but it is really fun. I enjoyed making this card,

The pattern paper that I have used is from DMC Dress my craft. The die i have used most probably from  Penny Black I have used pink card stock as base and pink pattern paper for sentiments . Black Card stock is used to show the beautiful pattern paper perfectly.

Heartbeat - CAS Challenge

Hello Ladies

Hope you are doing great this lockdown. I am just enjoying making card and seeing all the blogs in my reading list.

My card for STAMPlorations CAS challlenge is here. 

So, here is what I tried to show you the steps, though not so detailed. I normally work in my studio but due to Corona lockdown, I am just at home trying to work with whatever i have, you may find the design of stencils used in various projects. 

I have used the same stencils in many projects. Well in short of pattern paper, I tried to make my own pattern paper,

I have used white card stock and distressed Walnut Stain all around the page and again reused stencil with same distress ink.

The beauty of the paper now.

Now, I distressed white card stock with Archival Ink Vibrant Fuchsia and Archival Ink Cactus flower and Prima deep kiss.

For Butterfly I have used Penny Black - Social Butterfly stamped and distressed with Archival Ink Forget me Not and Jet Black to stamp the image

I have adhere glitter using tacky glue and shower glitter on top and kept it ideal for 10min.

Finally, I have arranged all using tacky tape and all around. I have used lace to show the dress sort of card.

The sentiment stamp is from Penny black- Social butterfly

I am doing lot of card making these days and its really so fun. I have made this cards few minutes ago for the challange. I am submitting this card to Cupcale Inspiration and I am so happy to see the beautiful colour, that tempted me to make one for them.

This is the first time that I am entering into the challenge with Freshly Made Sketches. I found the theme so great.

Acrylic block
Heartfelt Creations Stylus Tool kit and mat
Metal beads

I layered pattern paper on to the mirror card stock. Stamped the sentiment with Acrylic block. I have used DMC doily and on top of that I have sticked the flower. I have used heartfelt shaping kit to shape flower. 

I am just in love with this card.
