CHALLENGE #27 - The Creative Crafters Challenge

Good Morning Ladies,

Welcome back to my blog

We are going through some odd phase of our life. So, I pray and request you all to be please safe and please stay at home and spend time with your loved ones. God has given us wonderful opportunity to be with loving people.

My store is in apartment and its my own so thats easy for me. I got very little supplies from the store, very early in the morning, just took a risk of going out. And I am not going to do this again ever. I could just keep myself engaged little.

Supplies :-

Card Stock for Base
White card stock
Stencil
Playful kitten Stamps from Gerda Steiner Designs (GSD415)
Archival Ink - Jet Black
Distress Ink - Peacock feather, Gathered twigs, Black Shoot,
Distress tool
Stencil brush
Score Board
Zig MArker
Tacky tape
Foam tape

Procedure :

I distress the white card stock with peacock feather and stenciled. You can use any stencil of your choice. I have 3 stencils with me and i used this one. I dont know the brand and I am so sorry for that.

I stamped the image on the Iris Paper and coloured with zig marker. Stamped the sentiments and organised.

To give the dimension I have used foam tape. To adhere all the pieces i have used tacky tape.

If you find my project interesting, please do share this post.

Thank you
Stay at home , Stay safe

DIY Centre Table - Remake

Hello Girls,

I am receiving lot of request on how I altered my furniture, So here is my post for the day!

How are you doing guys,

I had this old furniture, it is more than 14 years old. My mother in law did not allowed me to throw this furniture, I got the opportunity to remake them and since we are on quarantine, this is the best opportunity and I grabbed them. This is what is my outcome.

Here is my first picture of before and after.
I have given image of each steps, so please follow,

Before/After

A tour of my work

This was how my table looks. It was so dirty that I had to leave this on terrace for 1day under sun.

2nd day I turned upside down to give proper sunlight, to kill germs

Now, on 2nd day evening time, I used sandpaper and scrubbed the entire table . This has made my table smooth and even.

***I would advise you to use putty or any white cement or filler to fill the holes, I did not do that as the shops were closed and we are on qurantine***

I have used Gesso. Any Gesso will do, Well here i used Camel Artists Gesso.

Its time to paint, Again use any paint you have. I used Chalk paint here. There main colours
Red- Rich Rouge
Yellow- Sunny Yellow
Blue - Marine Blue
Others
Dark Secret
Stewart House Brown
Cadence Kirmizi red
Midnight Coffee

Last steps was to stencil, use any great design to make great project. I don't remember the brand, I have used this stencil quite a lot. Mine is 6x6 of size.

Here is the complete project

If you like my work, do please share.
Thankyou

Diamond Painting - New Art

Hello All,

I hope and pray to god that all are well and in good health. This is the time where you really have to be very careful, so please my friend stay at home and be safe.

I am at home the day, it was declared unsafe to move out. I cleared my cabins and books and all stuff that were dumped. I was surprised to see my art and craft supplies which were forgotton. From all that I found really interesting stuff to work with. This is diamond art or stone painting. Its so beautiful and so safe and on top of that it is super easy. I bought this kit since a year back and i am really thrilled to use them and show it to you. Girls one thing i would like to tell you that this stone is plastic but it shines like anything. I may not be able to do justice to show you how beautiful it is.

So I will brief you about the packet (I would have taken the picture of the packet), well not an issue. The Packets had
1. Beautiful picture on board . It had gule all over the image
2. Plastic stones with coding
3. Extra glue
4. Pen - to stick the stones
5. Tray to keep stones
6.Easel to put your board ( i have not used them)

You can either click on to the link or see video from here as well.
